Key account managers’ function includes sales, but this position is mainly about planning and managing relationships with the most important customers. They must be able to:
Manage and solve conflicts with customers
Build and maintain full relationships with Bookyourdata.com’s important customers
Build satisfied and loyal customers
Identify new, innovative sales opportunities
Establish budgets with the client and company
Get involved with project management, strategic planning, sales support, and marketing
Forecast and track key account metrics
A key account manager must have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills along with CRM software experience. Our key account managers must have:
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Enterprise IT complex sales experience
Excellent supervisory skills and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills
