Key account managers are responsible for the management of sales and relationships with Bookyourdata.com’s customers. Our special clients will have a key account manager assigned to them, from whom they will be able to get help with anything related to the contact list-builder tool.

Job Description

Key account managers’ function includes sales, but this position is mainly about planning and managing relationships with the most important customers. They must be able to:

  • Manage and solve conflicts with customers
  • Build and maintain full relationships with Bookyourdata.com’s important customers
  • Build satisfied and loyal customers
  • Identify new, innovative sales opportunities
  • Establish budgets with the client and company
  • Get involved with project management, strategic planning, sales support, and marketing
  • Forecast and track key account metrics

Qualifications

A key account manager must have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills along with CRM software experience. Our key account managers must have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Enterprise IT complex sales experience
  • Excellent supervisory skills and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills
