Intent data built to order, with direct email and direct dial.
A signal is a fact that a company or a person published, with the date it happened and the date we read it. The people you name come verified, each with a direct email and a direct dial or mobile number, in the same file. You pay only for filled records.
Intent data is B2B data showing purchase interest: scored online research, or dated actions and events a company or person published. BookYourData delivers buyer intent data: dated events people and companies published, each signal carrying the date it happened and the date we read it.

Describe the signal in your own words, get a free count before paying
Each order is built around the buying signal and the people you describe. The words are yours. You describe a project, a problem or a rule written in a company's job ads. You ask for the number of roles a company has open for one team. You name the seniority or remote work written on the ad. Before you pay, a reply within 1 business day carries both the count of records that show the signal and 10 free records.

People who moved into or out of a job
The person signal is a published job move among contacts you send us or people we deliver, with old seat, new seat and 2 dates. On a company's signal (a job ad, a filing or news), the people you name by title come with direct email and direct dial or mobile number. Our reply email asks for your own list. Your list comes back with published signals and the people.
Intent signals on people and companies, each dated, with more on request
Job posting intent data, a dated ad and its link
A job posting record shows what the ad says in the company's own words: the role, tool or project it names. The link sits on the record, next to the date the ad ran. A company publishes an ad for a payments analyst, and the ad names the team's tool: a subscription billing platform.

Funding and acquisitions
Funding news, acquisition news and public filings show up in your records as a published sentence with its date. Vantore Labs (vantore•••.com) published the sentence: "Vantore Labs raises new funding to grow its security product." You get that sentence and its date, word for word.

Order one signal per client market. Describe, in your own words, any signal a company or a person published.
Implementation, migration and training providers
Order job ads that describe a change of tool, or ask for a skill or a rule in the company's own words.
IT support firms selling to small companies
Small companies often publish little. Order the tool a company runs today. Each record names the company and the tool it runs.
HR, payroll and benefits sellers
Ask for the count of roles a company has open for one team. Each record names the company and its open role count.
Founders and small sales teams
You name one signal of your choice. We count the records that show it and send 10 free records in one reply.
Accountants, insurers and advisers to growing companies
Insurers, accountants and advisers order funding news, acquisition news and public filings, then offer services to the companies and people in each record.
Missed your group? Name your signal and request it free. We send 10 records.
Small companies and companies in Europe publish little, so the free count is often low there.
The industry sorts intent data into families: BookYourData delivers dated facts that companies and people publish, and explains the rest. The family built on what people read online is explained in our intent data providers article.

An intent signal is a single dated event: a job ad, a filing, a person who changed jobs. Each event comes with its date. Intent data is the record that carries signals about a company or a person. A buying signal and an intent signal are one thing.

Done for you
A team does the build work for you. There's no tool to learn and no search to set up. BookYourData is a B2B list-building service, and an intent order runs on the same engine as our bespoke list building and data appending.

Describe the audience in plain words. We build around your description, not a fixed menu.
The sources behind the people
We try 1,000+ live sources as a waterfall, one after another, to find and check the people we deliver.
Built at order time
The work starts when you order. Most builds deliver the full file in up to 3 business days.

2 choices. Get a file in your CRM's import format, with your columns, and import it yourself. Or we load records into your CRM for you, matched to your CRM record IDs.
Batch file
A CSV or Excel file built to your columns. Batch processing means we build and check your whole order as a single job.
API
An automatic connection your developer sets up is asynchronous: you send the request, we search, and the records come back when the search finishes, not in the same second.
A one-time list is the default. A recurring refresh runs quarterly, monthly, weekly or daily, only when you pick it in the request form.
FAQ
Intent data questions
Where does your intent data come from?
From facts that companies and people published about themselves. Job ads, news and filings carry a link to where one was published. What people read online is a kind of intent data the industry sells. We explain that kind and do not deliver it.
Does each person come with a direct email and a direct dial or mobile number?
Yes. You name the titles in your order. We add the people who hold those titles at the company that shows the signal. Each person gets direct email plus a direct dial or mobile number.
How fresh are the intent signals?
Each signal carries 2 dates: the day the event happened and the day we read it. You see how old the fact was when we found it. A signal is a dated event, not an average over recent weeks. Both dates stay on the record.
Is your intent data based on IP addresses?
No. You open the link on a job ad, a news item or a filing and see the same fact we saw, where it was published. A vendor working from IP addresses finds an office network on a site and guesses the company behind it.
Do you give an intent score?
We don't give scores. A score is a model's estimate set against a threshold the vendor picks. Each of our signals is a dated event. Job ads, news and filings carry a link to where they were published.
What happens when nothing shows my signal?
Then nothing fills. The reply counts records showing the signal. Each carries its signal. A filled record holds the signal, its date, the company or person it sits on, plus the people you named by title.
Does intent data work for small businesses and companies in Europe?
Yes, for both. A company publishing few signals gets a low free count, and small businesses and companies in Europe publish little. For a small company, the tool it runs today is the signal to request.
Do you work from my own list?
Yes, send your own list and we add published signals to it, plus verified people by title. We read your list for people who moved job. When we fail to look up a company, your file says 'could not check', so the record never looks blank.
How is the data delivered?
Your data arrives 3 ways. First, into your CRM: you import a file in your CRM's import format, or we load the records matched to your CRM record IDs. Second, you receive a CSV or Excel batch file. Third, our asynchronous API returns the records when the search finishes.
How fast does the intent data file arrive?
Our reply within 1 business day brings 10 free records and the count of records that show the signal. The work starts when you order. Most builds deliver the full file in up to 3 business days.
What is the difference between first-party and third-party intent data?
First-party intent data comes from your own site, your product, your emails and your events. Third-party intent data is a provider's data, sold to you, showing companies your own data says nothing about.
Does one record carry more than one intent signal?
Yes. A record carries one or more signals, each with the day it happened. 3 signals on one record mean 3 dated events, not 3 reasons to reach out. A dated signal shows something happened, not a budget, a project or a buying date.
Is intent data legal to use?
BookYourData delivers facts companies and people published themselves. The file never holds a person's browsing, searches or visits. Every BookYourData product goes through its GDPR and CCPA processes. We make no claim about the law. You and your lawyer read your local rules.
Do you tell me who visits my website?
No. Showing you who visits your site is the industry's first-party method, built on your own data: your site, your product, your emails, your events. We add published signals instead.
Do you sell event data, like an event attendee list?
Yes. Ask for hosting, exhibiting, sponsoring, speaking, or attendance. Companies and people, each dated. People get direct email and direct dial or mobile number. Only published attendance, never private lists. Before you pay, we tell you how many records show the signal, free.
How much does intent data cost?
From $499. You pay only for filled records. When fewer records fill than the number of records in the tier you ordered, you pay for the records we fill at that tier's per-record rate, never below $499.
How accurate is intent data?
Every record shows the date the signal happened and the date we read it. A job ad, funding or acquisition news, or a public filing carries a link to where it was published. Open the link and check the dates yourself. We verify every email address on delivery day.
Is an intent data order a subscription?
No. A one-time intent data list is a single order. A recurring refresh (quarterly, monthly, weekly or daily) runs only when you pick it in the request form.
How do I use intent signals in outreach?
Open your message with the dated event. Name the job ad, the published sentence from the news or the filing, the new seat, or any other published signal, each with its date.
Tell us the signal and the people, and we find 10 free records.
Describe your signal and the people. Our reply within 1 business day brings 10 free records and the count of records that show the signal.
The sample costs nothing. You pay only for filled records.
